After 15 years managing the surveillance department of a successful investigation company, Jon has taken all his knowledge and expertise to the next level and opened his own full-service agency. Jon’s reputation in the industry is of integrity and tireless effort which is reflected in the mission of Clarion. Jon’s own commitment to excellence and unparalleled customer service with his team takes pride in going the extra mile to deliver the best possible results for every client.
Cindy Kelsey
Vice President
Cindy has years of experience doing social media sweeps and will now head the social media department at Clarion. She will be instrumental in managing the SIU department.

Sharon came to Clarion with almost 30 years of experience in locating individuals and conducting background searches. She has since expanded her talents to rendering video and producing reports for the final product on our surveillance cases.
